This system is very flexible. The length can be adjusted for any lifting job.
The spreader beam consists of two end pieces with the lifting eyes. The length, which is needed for a certain job, can be achieved by using struts, which are available in different lengths.
Each segment is fitted with a flange. The flanges will be easily connected by use of screws and nuts.

The advantages of the segmented spreader beams are:

  • COST SAVING: One system for many different lifting jobs
  • COST FLEXIBILITY: You start with a certain quantity of struts and then collect different struts over a period of time, the system will get more flexible from time to time
  • ASSEMBLY: Easy to assemble by screws, the assembly can be prepared before the lift job
  • TRANSPORT: The struts will be delivered with a maximum length of 5.5 m,
    they fit into a 20' container
  • STORAGE: We can supply a special storage container (20' long, 4' high) for storage of
    spreader beam components, the storage of any other lifting gear is also possible
